Walter Faion
Running and coaching is something that I love being a part of it has been a way of life for many years: I have run marathons all over the world (44 of them so far) and have a PB of 2:28. I have also run too many half-marathons to count – the fastest in 1:08. I have trained with world-class runners and have coached running for several years too. With such experience as a runner and as a coach, I fully understand what it takes to help you reach your goal – whether it is achieving a certain time or simply reaching the finish line for the first time and knowing as a coach that, having fun is most important thing to have fun and to be patient and consistent.
Chris Lemassif
Chris is a former elite athlete. He was a member of the French national team for four years, and remains an avid competitor on the Masters international circuit: He participated in five World Masters Championships finals, and won two Silver medals and a Bronze.
Chris is also passionate about bringing more people to track and field: He served on the Board of Ontario Masters Athletics, and is the coach of the Masters Sprints group at the University of Toronto Track Club.
